We have catered weddings featuring: Chinese, Indian, Vietnamese, Tuscan, Vegan, Portuguese, North African, Vegetarian, Spanish, Latino, and Continental cuisines, among others. We’ve hosted and prepared Down-Home Barbeques, Renaissance Feasts, British High Teas, Floating Cocktail Receptions, and October Fests for our guests.

Garden Station

A selection of crudité and fruits accompanied by flatbreads and crackers displayed with assorted dips. This station is enhanced with a selection of domestic and imported cheeses.

Raw Bar Station

Selected oysters, shrimp and Little Necks presented on multi levels of shaved ice, garnished with lemon and lime wedges and fresh seaweed. Accompanied by sauce Mignonette, sauce Bloody Mary and horseradish sauce.

Paella Valencia

Traditional Spanish saffron rice dish. Baked with rock shrimp, calamari, clams and mussels. Combined with roast chicken and chorizo sausage. Flavored with multi-colored peppers and plum tomatoes. This station is served in our giant paella pan.

Pasta Station

Cooked in front of your guests by our chefs. A selection of pastas—penne, cheese tortellini and rotelli. Your guests’ selection of sauces: Ala vodka, wild mushroom and Madeira and mini meatball marinara. Mediterranean Primavera.

Mashed Potato Heaven

Mashed potatoes started a long time ago, but still rules. Fill a martini glass with your choice of three types of homemade mashed potatoes: Idaho russet, sweet or blue Peruvian. Concoct your own piece of heaven from a selection of 12 toppings.

The Sports Bar

Fun food for all fans. Featuring oven-roasted chicken wings with four sauces, bleu cheese and celery; F.E.A.S.T.’s own slow-cooked spicy chili with chips; grilled Texan sandwiches with thick jack cheese, tomatoes and bacon. And, of course, deep fried pickles.

Latino Station

Take a trip south of the border. Chicken and cheese and spinach and mushroom quesadillas. Maduros “sweet” and tostones “green” plantains. Chicken and beef empanadas with salsa verde and salsa roja. Fresh homemade guacamole and pico de gallo with tortilla chips.

Street Style Taco Station

Soft tacos with a choice of carne asada (Beef), tinga de pollo (Shredded Chicken) or shrimp. Pick your favorite toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onions, Mexican cotija cheese, guacamole, sour cream, fresh limes, salsa verde (green sauce) and salsa roja (red sauce).

Carving Station

Your choice of premium offerings such as: Bistro chateau beef, orange glazed fresh turkey breast, breast of duck or loin of pork. Displayed on carving boards with selected sauces, condiments and relishes.

Red Square

Trio of smoked salmons (vodka dill, pastrami and natural). Accompanied by domestic caviars and salmon roe. Presented with capers, red onion, crème fraîche, chive sour cream and scallion cream cheese. Cocktail breads, specialty crackers and Russian blinis. Accompanied by a display of frozen international vodkas.

Pad Thai Station

Asian rice noodles mixed with our own Thai sauce scented with lemon grass. Sautéed in front of your guests with a selection of vegetables, shrimp and chicken. Topped with fresh crushed peanuts.

China Town

A taste of China to include: peking duck with scallion brushes, julienne of cucumber and hoison sauce wrapped in a traditional Chinese pancake. Steamed sweet and spicy paper thin vegetarian dumplings served with a lime and ginger soy dipping sauce. Cold sesame noodles with a peanut sauce. Steamed shumai. Chicken san choy bau: minced chicken with water chestnut, bamboo shoots and cashew nuts set in bibb lettuce leaves.

Tuscan Pizza Station

Baked in our pizza oven and includes: Capri—fresh tomato, basil, mozzarella and drizzled olive oil. Chevre—tomato, goat cheese, purple onions and fresh spinach. Mushroom—cremini, shitake, caramelized onion and mozzarella. Seafood—shrimp, tomato, basil and purple onion.

A Taste of India

The exquisite tastes and smells of Indian cuisine. Featuring tandoori chicken, chicken samosa, shrimp tikka masala with saffron rice and vegetable bhajia. Accompanied by raita (cucumber and yogurt), tamarind chutney, mint chutney and naan bread.

Tuscan Station

Heaven for the vegetarian—A bountiful display of traditional Tuscany dishes. Focaccia, olive breads, assorted Italian and French cheeses, hummus, selected olives and roasted artichoke salad, grilled zucchini, white bean salad, wild mushroom and herb salad, and sundried tomatoes.

Comfort Food Station

Foods you grew up with—and still can’t get enough of. Mini burgers and cheese burgers, mini barbequed pulled pork sliders, spicy Southern fried chicken, crunchy cole slaw and sweet potato fries, dill and sour pickles, jalapeno peppers. Served with all of the familiar condiments and sauces.

You Don’t Have To Be Jewish

A melting pot of Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Spanish, German and Eastern European influences. Mini reuben sandwiches, mini-knishes, blintzes filled with sweet cottage cheese with blueberry sauce, potato latkes with homemade apple sauce, falafels with dill yogurt sauce, hummus with pita bread, tabbouleh salad, Mediterranean olives, butlered mini hot dogs, sour and dill pickles. Accompanied by Dr. Brown’s cream and black cherry sodas.

Miniature Sweets

Choice of five (5) from an array of finger desserts. As an alternative to the “Viennese” table. Offering such delights as: chocolate dipped strawberries, pecan pie-lettes, lemon tartlettes, chocolate mousse cups, chocolate dipped cream puffs, wedding cookies, chocolate chip cookies, Belgian chocolate cloud squares, chocolate rugalah, mini cheese cakes and baklava.

Chocolate Fondue Station

Indulge in your deepest and most decadent chocolate fantasies. Presented with a selection of delectable, dippable delights.

Frozen Tropical Drink Station

Refresh and invigorate your guests on a hot summer day with ice cold frozen margaritas, pina coladas and strawberry daiquiris. Served on the side deck by our Caribbean crew.

Gelato Bar

True gelato straight from the streets of Rome and Florence. Your guests will have a choice of eight invigorating and thirst-quenching flavors including premium chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, Tahitian vanilla, pistachio, coffee espresso, dulce de leche, caramel sea salt, mango and lemon.
